Shipping

As of 1/4/2023 our shipping method has changed as follows:

Delivery Fee:

Oscura will deliver your order via courier to most street locations across Australia for the flat rate of $9.95 per order.

Oscura is unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers or the Parcel Collect Service. Unfortunately, we are also unable to divert parcels to your local Australia Post shop for collection as it is Australia Post policy NOT to accept shipments from outside their own network.

We do not ship internationally at present and are unable to deliver to freight forwarding companies.

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery Service:

In most cases, our delivery service is a Sendle or Toll courier delivery for all orders placed before 11.00am AEDT and delivered to your nominated street address. We are more than happy to deliver to your place of work. Please allow extra time for delivery if placing your order on a weekend or public holiday. Delivery times will vary, depending on your location and courier used to deliver your goods. We will send you a shipping notification when your order is dispatched with a link to track your delivery.

Oscura uses Sendle and Toll as our preferred delivery service. This service is trackable online and does not have a proof of delivery as standard. 
Your order will be delivered or left in a location deemed safe to leave. Should you require your parcel to be left in a nominated area, our checkout process offers a space for you to give us any specific delivery instructions.

Should your order be outside our normal shipping requirements of size, weight or location (regional and remote areas), we will deliver it via other means and will notify you via email upon dispatch. There is no change to the delivery fee from our flat rate of $9.95.
Oscura will not be responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered orders.

Re-delivery:

Unfortunately, there are times when it is necessary to charge a re-delivery fee. Although our nominated delivery service has systems put in place to ensure the occurrence of this is kept to a minimum, the following situation will incur a re-delivery fee:

  1. When your order requires re-delivery due to incorrect/insufficient recipient address being provided.
  2. Where your order requires re-delivery due to the delivery address being unattended and no safe place to leave the order eg locked gate, dogs etc.

We will contact you before re-delivery, should this situation arise.
Please note that whilst our courier service makes their best effort to deliver your order on time, in rare circumstances our couriers may experience unforeseen delays. Oscura is unable to assume responsibility in these situations.
